TECHNOLOGY 01

When Salt Never Sleeps, Your Fabric Shouldn't Either

Ocean salt doesn't just stain -- it actively breaks down fabric fibers, fades colors, and degrades performance coatings over time. Our proprietary anti-salt treatment creates a molecular-level barrier that keeps your garments performing like day one, even after a full season on the water.

Our Anti-Salt Fabric Standard Fishing Fabric
Salt Spray Test Duration 500 hours (ISO 4611) 72-100 hours
Color Retention Grade 4-5 Grade 2-3
Tensile Strength Retention >= 85% after 500hrs Drops to 60%
Wash Cycles 100+ washes 30-50 washes

Testing Equipment: Q-Sun Xenon Arc Test Chamber (Atlas Q-SUN Xe-3) for UV + salt simulation

Treatment Process: Continuous padding mangle (Kusters 222.40) for uniform anti-salt agent application

Standard Reference: ISO 4611 / AATCC 107

TECHNOLOGY 02

The Difference Between "Hot and Miserable" and "Just Another Great Day on the Water"

In tropical and subtropical fishing zones, air temperature can exceed 35C on deck. Regular fabrics trap heat and make anglers feel 5-8C hotter than the air around them. Our cool-touch technology works through thermal conduction -- pulling heat away from skin on contact, not just wicking sweat after the fact.

TECHNOLOGY 03

Soaked at 8am, Dry by 8:15. Back to Fishing

Being splashed on a boat isn't a question of if -- it's a question of when. Wet fabric that stays wet creates chafing, cold stress, and distraction. Our marine quick-dry construction uses capillary wicking channels engineered at the yarn level, moving moisture from skin to surface and evaporating it up to 6x faster than standard fabric.

Our Quick-Dry Fabric Standard Polyester Cotton Fishing Shirt
Drying Time 12-15 minutes 35-45 minutes 80-90 minutes
Moisture Absorption <= 3 sec wicking 5-10 sec 20+ sec
Drying Rate >= 0.18 g/min 0.08 g/min 0.04 g/min
After-Wash Retention 100% after 50 washes Degrades after 20 --

Testing Equipment: SDL Atlas M228 Moisture Management Tester (MMT) for wicking simulation

Yarn Construction: Bi-component split fiber (0.1-0.3 denier microfiber) with grooved cross-section

Standard Reference: AATCC 79 / AATCC 195 / ISO 9073-6

TECHNOLOGY 04

A Wet Deck and a Big Fish Deserve Better Than a Slippery Grip

When the fish of a lifetime is on the line, the last thing an angler needs is their rod slipping in a wet palm. Our silicone grip print technology applies precision-engineered anti-slip patterns to strategic zones -- inner wrists, palm cuffs, and knee panels -- adding friction exactly where it matters without adding bulk or stiffness.

Our Grip Print Standard Flat Seam No Treatment
Friction Coefficient (wet) 0.65-0.72 0.28-0.35 0.18-0.22

Real Brands Real Problems Real Results

Every order starts with a challenge. Here's how we've helped three different buyers turn their fishing apparel headaches into competitive advantages.

Charter boat crew wearing custom branded fishing uniforms
CHARTER BOAT OPERATIONS

Florida, USA

Custom UPF50+ crew shirts + passenger sun jackets

The Pain: "Our crew uniforms were fading after 3 months of daily use in saltwater. Guests were noticing. We looked unprofessional, and we were replacing uniforms every season -- burning through budget and time."
Our Solution: Applied our anti-salt treatment + UV-stabilized sublimation printing. Designed a dual-purpose shirt that works for crew (functional pockets, grip cuffs) and photos well for guest-facing branding. MOQ was just 50 pieces per colorway.
The Result: Uniform lifespan extended from 3 months to 14+ months. Brand recognition improved with consistent crew appearance. Guest social media tags increased 60%.
Reordered 3 times in 18 months. Now orders seasonally.
Fishing tournament team wearing custom competition jerseys
TOURNAMENT & COMPETITION

Queensland, Australia

Competition jerseys + matching shorts with team branding

The Pain: "We needed 200 jerseys in 3 colorways with full custom sublimation -- and we needed them in 6 weeks for a major tournament. Every factory we contacted either couldn't hit the deadline or had an MOQ of 500 per colorway minimum."
Our Solution: Confirmed 7-day sampling and 25-day production timeline. Handled all artwork separation and color matching in-house. 100 pieces MOQ per colorway with no artwork setup fee.
The Result: Jerseys delivered 4 days before tournament. Team won regional championship in them. Sponsor logos were broadcast on regional TV.
Annual kit supplier for 3 consecutive years. Expanded to full apparel range including hoodies and caps.
Private label fishing brand wholesale marine apparel collection
PRIVATE LABEL BRAND

Amsterdam, Netherlands

Full private label marine fishing wear collection (8 SKUs)

The Pain: "We were sourcing from 3 different factories for different product types -- shirts from one, jackets from another, pants from a third. Inconsistent sizing, inconsistent quality, and a logistics nightmare."
Our Solution: Consolidated all 8 SKUs into one production line. Developed a unified size spec sheet across all categories. Assigned a dedicated QC inspector to their account. Single shipment, single point of contact.
The Result: Size complaint rate dropped from 8% to 0.6%. Logistics cost reduced by 23%. Time-to-market cut from 16 weeks to 9 weeks per season.
Now on seasonal contract. Expanded collection to 14 SKUs in second year.
