We use a dual-layer UV protection system -- combining UV-blocking yarn construction (tight weave structure that physically blocks UV radiation) with a chemical UV-absorbing finish applied via padding mangle. This two-pronged approach achieves UPF50+ ratings that hold through repeated wash cycles.

Our quick-dry fabrics use a bi-component fiber structure -- hydrophilic inner layer draws moisture away from skin, while the hydrophobic outer layer disperses and evaporates it rapidly. DWR Waterproof & Water-Resistant Coating
We apply a C6 DWR (Durable Water Repellent) finish using a two-bath padding process, followed by a heat-cure treatment that bonds the finish at the molecular level to the fabric surface. For offshore jackets, we additionally apply a PU laminate bonding layer for full waterproof performance.

Flatlock & Bonded Seam Construction
Standard overlock seams create raised ridges that chafe against skin during repetitive casting motions. Our flatlock seam construction lays the seam flat against the fabric surface, eliminating the ridge entirely.
